The 3-Minute Journal
Updated: Feb 9, 2020
Can a Gratitude Journal help you reach your fitness goals?
If you're anything like me, you're already rolling your eyes.
It's ok. I get you.
But hang with me for just a moment because although it might seem really old-fashioned or silly when we consider our childhood memories of "Dear Diary," the simple act of writing our thoughts has proven to reduce stress and anxiety, improve memory function, and serve as a instant mood booster.
Seems worth exploring to me.

Paralyzed by a blank page?
Some people simply grab a pen and open a blank page and suddenly there's a stream of consciousness effortlessly moving the hand from line to line, page to page.
For others is pure paralysis. Suddenly nothing comes to mind. Agony sets in, quickly followed by fear and panic, none of which were welcomed guests in this activity.
Raise you're hand if that sounds like you. No really, raise it. You're the only one who can see your answer.
A better way...
Just after the new year I came across the 3-minute journal on Amazon.
